Blank screen on Spark watch

I've had my tomtom spark for a few years. This week the screen has gone blank, but the watch appears to be working, i.e backlight works and the watch vibrates when I use the buttons, but there is nothing on the display. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried all the types of resets.

    If a reset does not work it may be dead. Try calling Support and seeing what they can do for you. At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They can more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

    The watch is dead. If under warranty, call Support, if not, throw it out and buy a new de ice. Not from TomTom as they went out of business well over a year ago and ceased all development and production. Go with another brands that is still active in the industry.
