MyDrive Connect problem. — TomTom Community

MyDrive Connect problem.

At the moment I am having to use a Windows XP laptop. I have downloaded and installed MyDrive Connect XP version. I log in ok and I am told there are four updates to install. I select to update all. I then receive a message "Important Information About Your Update" highlighting the change of speed limits in France as of 1st July 2018. I then hit the "Accept and Install" button and the same message screen reappears. I try again and again and the same thing happens. This means I cannot update my Start 20 device. Please can this be rectified?

    I have got around the problem by asking to update only the map installed - not update all! The message did show but I only had to click the accept and install button once. Whether I can manage to update the other three items I don't know at present.

    I always install the updates individually, you are less likely to have a log-jam on the server
