Purchase of map Refund Australia

Can anyone please tell me how I can get a refund for purchasing a map for my TomTom Via 160, which I was told after the purchase that I cannot buy maps for it. I have searched every area of the TomTom site and cannot find anywhere that you can actually contact the company directly.

    Thanks very much for that. After loads of anxiety I finally found a number to ring in Australia and a refund has been activated. Sorry I didn't let people know. Just googled Tomtom Australia, and there was the number. Lady said that my model was too old to accept the size of file needed for the UK maps. It is annoying that they don't tell you that before you actually pay for it. Don't know how to finish issue now. Maybe tick your message.

    What was the problem after you purchased the map? as I see that map is fully compatible with your device.

    Did you have space issues or the map not being offered for download?
