Can anyone please tell me how I can get a refund for purchasing a map for my TomTom Via 160, which I was told after the purchase that I cannot buy maps for it. I have searched every area of the TomTom site and cannot find anywhere that you can actually contact the company directly.

What was the problem after you purchased the map? as I see that map is fully compatible with your device.
Did you have space issues or the map not being offered for download?
