runner 3 strap

hi, my toddler´s runner 3 it is not a year yet, but two straps went already broken, the second one was bought at a retailer store, because I did not know a self service was available.

the point is, now that I know about the broken strap service, that I have search all over the house but the receipt is missing, any way to ask for a new one strap without it?.

and by the way, the web page showing all the straps, does not allow me to enter details for any of them, there must be some error, if you click the details below every item, you are redirected again to the same web page.

    Since TT left the wearables market last year and stopped all production and development supplies are dwindling. I would suggest calling Support directly as they are the most likely to be able to assist you. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
