can't connect rider 550 to iphone

I can't make a connection. Helpdesk talks about a button "Tomtom" services in the Tomtom menu but I can't find it. Anyone same experience ?
Make sure, that Wifi is not connected. Otherwise Bluetooth on the Rider causes nothing but trouble.
In my case with an iPhone 6s and iOS 11.4.1 and a Sena 10R everything works like a charm ... except when connected to WiFi, then MyDrive and Traffic make trouble.

But most important is, that WiFi is not connected, when setting up or connecting bluetooth!
