Cannot start My Drive Connect. Get message 'MyDrive Connect is running. Please close it first'.
I have tried to uninstall - same message.
Switched startup to 'disabled' - same message.
No obvious app processes running on task manager.
Occasonally I get a message saying 'New version of software required', so I download it and guess what... same message!
Occasionally my sat nav (a 510) says it is connected (!?!) but there is no app running on the desktop. Weird...
Suggestions appreciated.

-Get the FREEWARE version of Revo Uninstaller from here: https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
-Completely remove MyDriveConnect from your computer.
-Get a fresh copy at tomtom.com/getstarted
-Install without the device connected to the computer
-Connect your device.
Any better?
