Can l record multiple activity one after the other without them being deleted?

I want to do a run then break then record a second run. I know how to do this on my watch but will the first activity be lost when the second one starts?

    No, if you save the first activity by hitting left to pause and then again to save it will be fine. You can have hundreds of activities saved on the watch at a time.
