How do I contact TOMTOM UK regarding an order?

Hi! I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for some help regarding an order. I placed an order on the 8th September after receiving an offer via the website to upgrade my now obsolete SatNav. The money has gone from my account and I still have not received it or any advice on dispatch. I've tried following the contact link but just get directed to the FAQ's and the forum. How can I contact somebody about my order as the contact link does not offer any way of actually talking to someone on the phone. I've checked the email for the order confirmation, which just leads me back to the website. Beginning to wish I had paid more and got one from a High Street chain or Amazon!
