Synchronization of activities continues without working

Hi. I have a TomTom Spark 3 Cardio + Music. I have updated the TomTom Connect for Mac and it continues giving error when synchronizing the activities. Continue doing the same as the previous version.
However, when entering MySports, synchronized activities appear.
Will you solve it?
