Hi, my TomTom via 260 doesn't work with USB 3.0 on my computer.
After connecting, TomTom asks whether to connect to the computer, and when you press yes, nothing happens. My computer's troubleshoothing says that my TomTom is older and does not work with USB 3.0.
Any help?
Thank you for suggestion.
I have updated all USB3 and not using the Hub.
When connecting my TomTom it's asking me to connect to computer, but on computer nothing happen. Actually, on control panel I can see that Tom Tom is connected, but TomTom Home doesn't show it.

@MaxStaff
See if there are any updated drivers for your USB3 Ports
Also don't use an USB Hub, connect direct to the computer
USB3 is supposed to be backward compatible to USB2, but some makes of USB3 ports are more backward compatible than others

For a VIA 260 you need to be using MyDriveConnect (MDC) not TomTom Home, get MDC from here https://au.support.tomtom.com/app/product_select/locale/en_AU
Unless you have another very old device un-install TomTom Home
Thank you, it works :ok_hand_tone3:
