My drive connect pop up is Transparent

Installed latest Mydrive and when the program starts up the pop up / screen is transparent, its not loaded any icons etc into start screen,

    Which browser on what operating system are you using.

    If using Chrome on a Windows PC, try Firefox instead

    If you speak of the software MyDrive Connect, to install on your PC as specified in the title of your topic:

    1/ You can try to reinstall MDC. (procedure for W7, W8.1, W10)
    Uninstall MDC and do a Restart of your PC (Not Shut down or Sleep) then directly download and install the latest version MDC 4.2.2.3561, take it here:
    - On this page, at the bottom, the green button "Download for Windows":

    - Or here directly from the official TomTom servers:
    http://cdn.sa.services.tomtom.com/static/sa/Windows/InstallTomTomMyDriveConnect.exe

    2/ If this doesn't improve but you have the "MyDrive Connect icon" in the taskbar next to the clock you can try the procedure of this FAQ. It's still valid, OpenGL Desktop is simply become OpenGL Dynamic.

    3/ If nothing works, you can download the downgrade version 4.1.8.3408 here directly from the official TomTom servers:
    http://cdn.sa.services.tomtom.com/static/sa/versions/InstallMyDriveConnect_downgrade.exe
    This version is built like the previous before january 2018 with Visual C++ 2010. It doesn't force the update of the software, it will leave you quiet.
    Double- click on the file, the installer will remove the MDC present on your PC before installing the downgrade version.

    Had to use the downgrade option, thanks for the help , now sorted

    Glad for you that you finally have a functional software. :slight_smile:

    Fortunately TomTom has kept "downgrade version" when the latest version of MDC can't install normally.
