Are functions like those of TomTom Camper available in the Android app?

I use TomTom Go app for Android and am very pleased with it.
I recently bought a Caravan and I am wondering if it is possible to calculate routes that are possible for the size, weight and speed for driving with a car with a caravan attached.

(Possibilities like those in TomTom Camper)

No, it is not.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this functionality has just been added to MyDrive. You would need to send the route as a track.

It works ok for me routing around 2 bridge closures locally, but it is somewhat cumbersome ideally requiring a passenger to monitor, send and possibly load updated tracks via My Routes.
