How to move traffic services from dead device to another?

Have 2 Live 835 navigators, of which the newer one went dead recently.

How do I transfer the service to my another device?
Both devices are on the same account.

    You will need to speak nicely to a Customer Services rep to persuade them to do the transfer for you, as technically the subscription is tied to a specific device

    Tried that already, no rep there only recording advising to use on line chat.
    I was unable to locate the chat as after model selection the pages gave "your device is no longer supported" and referred only to FAQ. Apparently the chat support is only available to new device owners.

    Otherwise i would no care, but I did purchase 1 1/2 y traffic service only week before the device went dead.

    Try again but between 11:00 and 18:00 EET

    Call again but do not provide a model when prompted in order for a live agent to respond.
