    Hi,

    I've recently purchased a Clio 3 with TomTom. When the SD card is in I get the error.

    Problem with map
    You cannot use this map on this device:
    United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland-204

    How can I resolve this?

    Welcome to the community!
    I don't see the device linked to your TomTom account. Unfortunately, I can't activate a map without a serial number.

    Is the device linked to a different account? If you could send me the serial number through a private message, then I can re-activate the map.

    Hi - my SD card in my built in SatNav in my Renault Scenic became corrupted so I have purchased a new one. When I put the new one in I get the error Problem with map - You cannot use this map on this device: United_Kingdom_and Republic_of_Ireland-918

    I have re-activated the map on your account, please try removing the existing map first and then installing a fresh version using TomTom HOME.

    Thanks Vikram - when you say remove the existing map - is that just deleting the file in the maps folder on the SD?

    Strange...
    Could you do a clean re-installation of TomTom HOME and try again?

    Clean uninstall the TomTom HOME software application. See the steps here-

    Unfortunately I have uninstalled TomTomHome and reinstalled but still no maps are appearing in my Updates page.
