Hi we already write to the 1st level assistance. But they don't want to listen us.
We have the same issue in this topic:

I know that my sim card simply was deactivated.
We already paid for LIVE Services - Europe - 1 year + 6 months gratis. We bought the service in 22-09-2017 orderId: 406314359, so now it's still valid.
The tom tom assistance want so send some sort of discount to buying another device. But we don't want to buy another device and we don't want to loose this service (that we already bought).
