Hello, in advance I apologize for my English ... I have a problem with TomTom MyDrive Connect. Application doesn´t work and I don´t know how can I fix it. I tried reinstalling the program, but it still doesn´t work. I´m sending you screenshot of mistake. I´m using version 4.2.2.3561

If you are in W7 with SP1 you can try the classic solution before the downgrade solution.
If you are in W7 without SP1 try directly the downgrade solution.
To install the latest version MDC 4.2.2.3561 your Windows 7 SP1 must have a Windows Update installed before.
1 / Uninstall MDC and Visual C++ 2015 via the Control Panel/Uninstall a program
- Restart your PC (Not Shut down or Sleep)

For W7 SP1 64bits this is the 8th line of the gray board ==> All supported x64-based versions of Windows 7
- Restart your PC (Not Shut down or Sleep)
3 / Download and install the latest version MDC 4.2.2.3561
- On this page, at the bottom, the green button "Download for Windows:registered:":

If nothing works, you can download the downgrade version 4.1.8.3408 here directly from the official TomTom servers:
http://cdn.sa.services.tomtom.com/static/sa/versions/InstallMyDriveConnect_downgrade.exe
This version is built like the previous before january 2018 with Visual C++ 2010.
Double- click on the file, the installer will remove the MDC present on your PC before installing the downgrade version.
It doesn't force the update of the software, it will leave you quiet.
