I have Bought a 1 year subscription for a Via live 120,And it is not showing when i go to download ,Just keeps saying Subscription expired ,Help Please ,And I cant make contact to sort it out.
Oops...…..if your specific model starts with either set of serial numbers as shown in the quote provided by @EthoZ , then that might be the issue...… you can still call support BUT do not provide the model when prompted in order for a live agent to respond. If your model is indeed an End of Life, then you'll need to ask Customer Service for a refund as no further updates are available for EOL devices.
If you 120 has a different starting serial number (meaning NOT EOL), then Support should be able to assist you with your subscription issues.

Made some changes to your account, now the map should be available for download in MyDrive Connect.
