TomTom Start 50 stuck after map update

First action : soft reset no result
Second action : going into recovery modus via diagnostic mode and 3 ticks
recovery mode start; start connection with Original usb cable
Recovery failed to start
mydrive software pops up

Mydrive failed to create a connection

Tomtoms network is ok
Used several usb cables ; no difference; used several pc's no difference
