My Item Hasn't Been Delivered

I ordered a charger for my TomTom sports watch, the payment has been taken from my account but, 2 weeks later, it hasn't been delivered. And there are no UK contact phone numbers or email addresses on the website for me to find out what's happening. How can I contact TomTom UK?
