Traffic is not on and it’s New how do I get it on!!

    Which device are you talking about?
    Have you logged into MyDrive on the device itself?
    If you are in range of your WiFi router, and it is a WiFi device, then that will take precedence so you will see you that you are disconnected from GPRS

    It also shows the gprs is disconnected

    Check with Customer Services the status of your subscription(s). I take it that you are in the UK
