Excuse me but WTF is going on here with my TomTom Live Subscription. I paid as always (47.50) only to find that my device is not supported and I can find no way of getting my money back

I did spend quite some time on the TT site however couldn't find a number to call
Am still pised off with TT as I have a perfectly good device however no Traffic and TT want a 'subsidised' 238 pounds for a new one
All XL devices which has 2 GB internal memory are now End of Life devices and are not supported for any new purchases for any services like traffic or Map (compatibility issues). If you have active traffic service you can use it till it expires or you can get a refund.
Thank you for this however I'm not looking for Maps update, I want my Live Traffic reinstated. Its the only thing I need from it, otherwise it is useless
It does NOT require any more memory on my device or whatever
