Traffic Expired Go 6000

I have a TomTom Go 6000 and the traffic information has expired, I believe I had a Traffic subscription for life. I have updated the latest update.

    Give Customer Services a call to check your subscription status, particularly if your device is just over 5 years old, as there is a known bug about the auto renewal of lifetime traffic
