Purchases not available in My Content

I purchased the Traffic Cameras on 8-18-18 but it not showing as available under MyContent. Can someone please save me another 1 1/2 hours of searching the site and trying to find a way to contact Tom Tom and tell me how I can resolve the problem? I renewed my subscription to Maps and it is showing and I have installed the updates, but the Cameras is still not on there as available.
