TomTom Touch battery usage

So. I just bought the tomtom touch cardio and body consumption. I downloaded the app on my phone and everything was going well. It connects via bluetooth and syncs regularly. The battery is draining very fast like not lasting a whole day. And i can't see any notifications from my phone on the watch. Any advices?

    Sorry for my delayed response!

    I can't see the software version of your TomTom Touch in the system, have you updated your tracker recently? Please connect your watch to the PC and update it using the Sports Connect software.

    Let us know if there's any improvement after updating the tracker. If still no joy, perform a factory reset on your activity tracker and give it a test run!
