TomTom Runner 3 Cardio not pairing with iPhone

My watch has stopped pairing with my iPhone. I have tried resetting it, I've reinstalled the app, and still no luck.

When I go: 'phone', 'pair new', click right, it then displays a pin for about one second before going back to the previous screen - rendering me unable to pair my device.

The watch can sync up only when I physically connect it to the computer.

Any ideas / tips?

    Same here. It's been working well for a years and all of a sudden, pairing is a mess. Please help!

    You need to forget the device in the phone's BT menu before you try to repair or after you factory reset the watch or reinstall the app. The steps are: uninstall the app, remove or forget the watch from the phone's BT menu, reinstall the app, select Pair New on the app, select Pair New on watch (press down from the clock and select Phone>Pair New, not Sync) and follow the prompts on the phone. You should not be pairing the watch first through the phone's BT menu; it is all done through the app and you must have the phone forget the watch in the BT menu before re-pairing.

    What would be interesting to understand though is why the connection was lost in the first place... Any hints?
