My phone HTC phone died and I purchased a new phone (Huawei Mate 10 Lite). I reloaded TomTom Mobile and I'm unable to restore my subscription to unlimited kilometers? What can I do to resolve the problem?
All you need to do is, in Menu/TomTom Services, log in using the correct account. If that doesn't work you are using the wrong account/email address and you may need to ask Customer Service if they can help you to find the one you used to pay for your Unlimited Navigation subscription.
I have followed the procedures you've listed above and tapped the restore button and I receive the message there's no purchase to restore. I purchased the unlimited kilometer option for one calendar year on 10 May 2018, as listed on my phone, google play, Account history.
I can't find any orders on your account which you used to login on the community. As Niall mentioned above, please get in touch with our support and they'll be able to sort this one out for you.
