Re-exported activity not appearing on website or Mobile App

Hi,

I had a run activity that failed to auto sync from my watch to my phone using bluetooth.
I followed the steps described in: https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/17391 and using the "Try Again" I successfully get a "Completed" message on the manual upload of the activity.

However, despite the successful message, I still don't see the activity appearing on the TomTom Sports website, or on my Mobile Phone App.

Any ideas?
