Hey,

I was just wondering, what is the correct way to use "Gym mode" on my Spark 3 cardio. Should I start "Gym mode" when I start exercising and turn it off when I have finished. Or, should I pause it in between each exercise or set and wait for the watch to vibrate before starting the set again....??

Thanks for any help

It depends on what you want to get out of it. Usually it is used to record an entire activity, including any pauses. The vibrate is simply it calculating your HR recovery for one minute, it is not telling you when to stop or start anything. All it is doing is recording your HR and time for the activity in gym mode, it is not trying to track sets for weight training. It is a generic mode not a weight lifting mode.

I hope this helps answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
