SPARK NOTIFICATIONS WITHOUT INTERNET ON

Just wondering how i can get phone notifications on my spark without turning my phone internet on?
Any ideas/ settings?

    All good but i cannot select Phone notifications on my Phone without Syncing with mobile data on. i should be able to do this without mobile data on. Which this is only when my watch notifies me of sms or phone calls.
