Transfer .itn routes from Windows 10 to Rider - Fixed

I was having trouble on my old Windows 10 PC transfer .itn route files to my Rider 400. The PC had a Bluetooth dongle and Windows Bluetooth file transfer kept failing. In the end I used a Toshiba driver and program to send the files.

I now have a new PC with built in Bluetooth and it had the same problem - "Bluetooth file transfer disabled by policy". After some research, this fix solved the problem:
  1. Press the windows button
  2. Search for services.msc
  3. Go to Bluetooth Support Service, stop the service by right clicking on it, and then Double Click it.
  4. Go to 'Log On' tab
  5. Click the Radio Button: This Account and type in the box: NT AUTHORITY\LocalService
  6. Type the password as your windows login password
  7. Click Ok. You will get a confirmation dialog box on the authority being given to the account.
  8. Right click on Bluetooth Support Service and Click Start.
I can now transfer route files, although connecting to the Rider is bit slow.
