TomTom runners watch full, problem clearing it

My watch is full. I’ve tried syncing with sports app. It said get an update. I use iPad. It said get update for watch via computer. My daughter has a Mac she connected watch up got the update. It looked like it was going well but it stopped updating saying oops something went wrong. Tried a few times but says the same thing. So what’s gone wrong? Anything else I could try?

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do as it is likely some setting in the computer blocking the upload. To get the number for Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
