When I turn my device on, the message reads "no maps found". via 1400

When I turn my device on, the message reads "no maps found". if I try to update my lifetime maps, MyDrive Connect says "corrupted maps" and I'm unable to update. Any suggestions? Thanks, in advance.

    Do you see an option to 'repair' when you click on the corrupted map message?

    Updated my device yesterday computer said update was 100% but underneath it said checking and flashing, left device connected overnight and still it showed 100% and checking. Removed the device and now it shows no maps available. Is there a fix for this.
