How do I register a new device on an existing account ?

    Just plug it into a computer, follow the steps and use the same email address and it will register it to the same account. I hope this helps answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

    Then you are not using the same email as there is no other way to register a device, the devices are linked to the MySports account based on the email used.

    my drive, does not respond to my device as i did not register it when i bought it over a year ago as i did not start using it until recently, have been trying to get a contact telephone number for tomtom, halforfs gave me a number but it did not work.
