Activity tracker only blinks 00:00

I've got the TomTom Touch Cardio HR Activity tracker.

After it ran out of power it now only blinks 00:00. Connecting to my computer does not help: there is no communication whatsoever between both devices (though it charges).

It's the second time this blinking appears, but this time it does not seem to solve by connecting it to my computer.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    If it is charging but not connecting can you do a factory reset (I don't think you can)? At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They can more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
