Activity Upload

1067a6e9-9d6d-4881-aacb-4e4d4ec9f5a8.pngWhen I connect my Runner2 to my computer to upload an activity it keeps saying that its failed to upload but when I check on Strava and the TomTom site the activities are there.If I then reconnect the watch everything is as normal.I have the latest software (1.7.64)

    It sounds like there may be bad data on the watch. After uploading is the storage bar unde About empty? You could try a factory reset which will clear any old data out of the watch and may fix it. Other than that your next step is to call Support who can dig into it further.

    Tried a factory reset and still the same.This all started to happen after I'd deleted my Strava account and made a new one.
