Server Issue??

Purchased live subscription 2 days ago and live services just say "an error occurred on the TomTom server. Please try again... whats this all about paying for a product and not being able to use it? Also updated my TomTom yesterday and today when plugging it in another update was available so selected to carry out this update but mydrive connect is simply "Getting ready" and has been for over 2hours and nothing is happening... :tired_face:

    Reinstall MyDrive connect I had the same problem
