Best setting on sport watch for squash

What is the best setting on the sport watch for squash? I am currenlt using treadmill but get a feeling that it does not reflect the true effort?
You should use gym mode as treadmill is basing calories on METs related to running. Gym mode will base it on HR which will be more accurate. Be aware you are may get a mediocre HR reading though, as the constant swinging of the racket and jolting of the wrist are going to cause it to lose signal a lot.
