PROBLEM WITH MAP- Go Live 820

I am using TOM TOM Go Live 820
each time i turn the device on
got message when you select your map
United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland
"Problem with map" you cannot use this map on this device United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland"

Please help on this error
i have restore the device / recover the device using My Drive Connect
but failed in the end

got all the stages from 3 time on/off quick button when loading, showing its recovering / repairing my device but when Tomtom restarts its got stuck on the same screen PRoblem with Map

Hi Jai

Welcome to the community

The current map needs to be removed. So I have asked our 2nd Line team to create jobs which will remove the existing map.

So just connect the device to MyDrive Connect for the jobs to process and remove the map.

Once done disconnect the device and do a soft reset(press and hold the on/off button till you hear the drum sounds.)

I have reactivated the same map on your account so when you connect the device again it will be offered for download.
