Can not remove Rider 410 from software after new 550

After buying a new 550, it seems not possible to remove the old 410 from Mydrive Connect.
It says something went wrong and they cannot remove it from the system...

I cannot seem to connect my 550 properly too! It keeps on saying I have to update the 550, whilst the 550 itself says it is completely updated!

I tried installing Mydrive connect again and resetting the Rider 550 but no changes...

    Hi, suggest that you go to the Tomtom contact page and send the support team a message. They will will probably solve it quick and easy ... :-)
