TomTom Sports app
i bought a TomTom Adventurer 2nd hand.
I did a factory reset and afterwards installed the TomTom Sports app on both my computer and mobile Phone.
I did a manual reset of all data in the app on my computer and tried to do this as well on the app on my mobile phone.
In the program on my computer all data is gone. In the app on mobile, old data is still visible.
How can I synchronise the program on my computer and the app on my phone?

However I still can't fully reset the application. There is still data from the old user in the program. Even in the software for Mac I discovered data again from the first user. Even when logging in with my account both in the app as connecting with the software on my PC.
Another problem detected : when synchronising data, average heart rates are not sent to the app. / software. although the function is activated on my watch.
Can you help.?
