Activity wont download

My Tom-tom watch wont download my recent run to my computer or sync with my phone. It has been working fine and downloading all activities. I tried to sync to my phone and there seems to be nothing happening. The watch says it is connected but it doesn't seem to be picked up by my phone (iPhone X).

I tried to connect to the computer and it is charging but the computer does not show that it is connected (through the TomTom website). It looks like nothing is happening.

Does anyone have any ideas>?
What can I do to rectify this?

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
