Traffic Wheel spinning- LIVE SErvices not working

Traffic on my Tom hardly works as it is always spinning contacted Tom Tom of corse no help at all told me having trouble with up dates don't know how long it may be before fixed. works for 10 to 15 minutes then goes back to spinning no amount of resetting seems to fix it what can i do, just wasted £50 on the traffic

    know Your pain mate.

    Seems that tomtom services are not working properly on more and more devices.

    There is couple of treads about it and my tomtom go 5100 start to struggle from around 14th Jul. Its connecting occasionally from time to time and working for 5-30min and then goes off. Contacted TomTom and been told to send device for repair and asked 105Euro because device is out of warranty.

    Clearly there is issue with services or providers

    TomTom need to do something with it.

    Thanks for that I thought I was going mad been in touch with Tom Tom three times now they have com up with a couple of things but no luck yet. They will prob tell me the same thing in the end which is a crock of crap.

    Hi Paul.

    Suddenly traffic has start working fine for me in the last couple of journeys around Poland. Journeys around 300km each time.

    But before it has start working, when I turn on my TT in the morning, I have been logged off from server and had to type in login and password to use a services.

    I am not a IT specialist but for me its looks like TT has done something on my account and that's why I had to re-type my credentials.

    On 19th of Aug I'm coming back to UK, so will test the services in 1700km trip. But I have installed Sygic apk with EU maps and traffic on my mobile just in case :)

    Shame, TT has not inform me about any progress in my case since last mail week ago saying "thank You for your information, we will forward this to be investigated" ....
