PAID FOR LIVE SERVICES BUT NOW FOUND DEVICE OUT OF DATE

We paid for a live services update via credit card but have found out today our device is no longer suppoted. How can we get a refund?

    Give Customer Services a call to claim a refund, but be silent about which type of device until you are speaking to a real agent ;)

    Thanks for that, we couldnt find a phone number to contact them. We're trying now.

    I had a look at your query and I see we are not alone. As an older couple we thought it was just us not following the process correctly but now I see there are loads of people in the same boat. What was equally frustrating was trying to find a way to contact customer support. I couldn't find a phone number or email to contact them. The forum has been a life saver.
