Which watch do I have?

I bought a Tomtom watch a couple of years ago, but I can't firgure which one it is.
In the bottom of the About screen I have this number HOxxxxGxxxxx

In Tomtom APP it just say Tomtom GPS watch.

They are identical in firmware and software; the only difference is the marketing. The Spark is marketed to big box stores while the Runner is marketed to running specialty stores. They are the exact same watch with the same hardware and software.
