TOMTOM Live not working for two days-Go 1005

Since yesterday morning I can not connect to live services. I paid for a renewal last month and until now it has been fine.
I can't access traffic or my live services.
I have Go 1005. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Thanks dhn. If I click on network settings it says connection disabled (even though i did not change any settings when live disappeared from the screen yesterday) but when I follow the instructions in your link it says 'Tap the arrow in the bottom on the left or right until you see the Me and my device button.' except there is no 'me and my device' button. if I click on my live services it just shows the 'one moment please' and the connecting circle for hours but never connects.
    So frustrating!
