Where to buy a Spark 3 Cardio?

Where can I buy a Spark 3 Cardio? The band broke on my Tomtom and I lost my watch. Seems very easy to buy Garmin, but difficult to buy Tomtom. Any help is appreciated.

    There are difficult to buy because TomTom left the watch business last year and stopped producing watches or developing the existing watches. I would take care with your buying decision considering this and go with another brand from a company that is actively in the sports watch market and intends to continue producing and supporting devices.
