Unfortunately, still the same problems. My watch (golfer2) will not sync with my iPad. I de-installed Sports connect, rebooted and installed 3.3.8.0.
Installation is fine but after connecting my watch, I get the message "something has gone wrong. fix it or reset.
Fix it will restart the watch. but ... is just stays on that screen.
Reset looks promising but also gets stuck / waiting somewhere....

I checked your account and there is something strange happening. TomTom Sports Connect is indeed on the latest version 3.3.8 but your watch isn't picking up the latest software build. Can you try a reset after forcing the watch into recovery mode?

When I disconnect the watxh, it stays in the reset mode with a pictogram of connection on the screen of the watch.
When I connect the watch to my computer, I get the question to [register].
when i register, I immediately get the message " we can fix this together" .
when I Click on [reset], I get the message "OOPS, Something has...
