We have released TomTom Sports Connect 3.3.8.
  • This release adds a fix for an issue that could cause Golfer 2 (SE) watches to fall into a recovery mode loop.

Unfortunately, still the same problems. My watch (golfer2) will not sync with my iPad. I de-installed Sports connect, rebooted and installed 3.3.8.0.
Installation is fine but after connecting my watch, I get the message "something has gone wrong. fix it or reset.
Fix it will restart the watch. but ... is just stays on that screen.
Reset looks promising but also gets stuck / waiting somewhere....

I checked your account and there is something strange happening. TomTom Sports Connect is indeed on the latest version 3.3.8 but your watch isn't picking up the latest software build. Can you try a reset after forcing the watch into recovery mode?

Hi Jurgen, thanks for your advise but at step 6. " Keep your watch connected while TomTom Sports Connect installs the software on your watch."
I get the message: " OOPS, Something has gone wrong" .
When I disconnect the watxh, it stays in the reset mode with a pictogram of connection on the screen of the watch.
When I connect the watch to my computer, I get the question to [register].
when i register, I immediately get the message " we can fix this together" .
when I Click on [reset], I get the message "OOPS, Something has...
    Live is not always easy..

    Hi Cees,

Can you send me a private message with a phone number that we can reach you at so we can walk you through the recovery mode reset? Your watch still isn't picking up the latest 1.2.110 build.

    Thanks,
