Spark 3 Broken Strap

laisoonlaisoon Posts: 2 [Apprentice Seeker]
I brought the Spark 3 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on March 2017. Less than 3 months the strap has broken, and been told by KPM Sports Sdn Bhd that no warranty for the strap. Then, i brought a new strap. Recently, the strap is broken again. KPM informed that they are no longer carry this watch. Please let me know how and where can I buy a new better original strap? Thanks

The strap is covered under warranty, you were misled. Either use the self-service site in the link below or call Customer support and they will take care of it, they are very good about replacing them. To get the number for Customer Support, choose Contact at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen). The best way to avoid damaging the strap is to not take the watch out of the strap when charging. It is designed so that the dock slips between the watch and the band which limits the amount of twisting. Also, when taking it on and off do not yank on the strap, pull it gently to the desired tightness then snap it in place, which puts less stress on rubber.

The replacement strap that I am using started to break/split.

Please let me know whether I can claim for the replacement or buy a new strap. If need to buy, how much? How could I buy it?

You are now out of warranty based on the date of your earlier post so you would have to buy one. however, since TT Sports went out of business over 18 months ago and ceased all production, they are hard to find. Try Amazon or eBay and see what you can find.
