TomTom watch won't charge when plugged in

My TomTom watch won't charge when it is plugged in to charge. I've managed to wiggle around before to fix this, but this no longer helps. Please advise.

    Check the pins on the dock to make sure none are bent. If so, pry them out with a pin. also look at the contacts on the watch and make sure they are clean, you can clean them with a cotton swap and some rubbing alcohol. You should also call Customer Support and see about getting a replacement dock. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
