No MyConnect service and GPRS Status Disconnected (null) since software update

Since updating my software a few weeks ago my GO 5100 has had no online (Live) services. I've checked the GPRS status and it's Diconnected(null). I've rebooted the device and also performed a "Reset Device" to no avail.

I went away on holidays last week. Navigating on busy highways without the online service and TomTom Traffic was a real pain in the neck. I ended up using my phone and Google maps.

Anyone got any ideas about to to get it back online again?

    Exactly same device here and no tomtom services since similar time.

    Contacted tomtom who told me to send device to repair and pay 105euro to fix it as my tom is out of warranty.

    Clearly there is issue with the services, and not our devices but tomtom is not doing anything ....
